Hey you. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m one of those crazy dreamers who doesn’t believe in coincidence, so the very fact that you’re here reading these words is pretty cool to me. Of course if I don’t give you a convincing reason to stay you will probably move on to another website.
So what exactly is this?
I like to think of it as my mind palace (Sherlock, anyone?). It’s where I blog about my life and things I’m passionate about. My posts usually fall under one of these three topics:
- Fitness – I’m a fitness addict. But I’ll let you in on a secret: I hate traditional workout programs. I’ve gone through years of trial and error, and extensively researched just about every type of workout out there, so when I write about fitness, you can know every word is based on research and my own experience. Does that mean I’m always 100% right? Of course not. But I’m not someone who shares an idea or advice without basing it on fact, experience, and common sense.
- Lifestyle – I’m a pretty normal 20something. I spend my days navigating finances, work, choices, and responsibility, so I know the struggle is real. I’m pretty honest and straightforward about my failings since failure is the only way to really grow. When I write about these aspects of my life I’m not just trying to entertain you. I hope to simply encourage you that you aren’t alone, and maybe offer a little advice here and there.
- Philosophy – As you’ve probably already guessed, I’m a dreamer. I love the power of an idea, and sometimes I’ll share random philosophical thoughts for anyone who cares to read them. Please keep in mind these thoughts are liable to change. A lot. Sometimes I just like to put them down in writing so I can watch myself grow and “think out loud” if you will.
